The Leadership Program Committee was established in June 2009.  Its role is to plan and provide a leadership program for BCASBO members.  

The Leadership program in its current format is presented in partnership with BC Education Leadership Council (BCELC) and our Ministry of Education.  The committee has the responsibility of developing leadership sessions and / or programs outside of the AGM Conference and the Fall Pro-D events. 

The current Leadership Track is designed to support participants in gaining a greater understanding of our school system; locally, provincially and globally.  Sessions will also cover topics such as change theory, goal setting, planning and working collaboratively.

The committee will meet periodically as needs arise.
