GOAAF consists of representatives from government and the SUCH sector (Schools, Universities, Colleges and Hospitals and their respective Ministries, the CA institute and auditors for the sector. They meet to discuss issues in common and the implications of accounting rules on the sectors. Each sector while unique, has many issues in common and the forum provides and opportunity for discussion between the various organizations. For example all do Government Reporting Entity (GRE). The group typically meets twice per year.
