The British Columbia Public School Employers' Association is the employers' association for all 60 public school boards. The Board is comprised of nine school trustees, four government representatives and one voting representatives from the Secretary Treasurers' and Superintendent' Associations. The Board deals with collective bargaining in the public education sector.
